You have 14 days from the day you buy to cancel, with no reason needed, and get a full refund — if you have not accessed, downloaded, streamed or attended any part of the course or ebook.

Our courses and ebooks are digital content, supplied at once. When you buy, you ask us to give you access at once, and you agree that your 14-day right to cancel ends once you access, download or stream any part of it. After that, no refund for change of mind.

If a course or ebook does not work, is not as described, or is not of satisfactory quality, tell us. We will first repair or replace it, within a reasonable time and at no cost to you. If that is not possible, or it fails, you can ask for a price reduction, up to a full refund. This is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy takes away your statutory rights.

If we cancel a course, or we do not supply it, you get a full refund.

If we cancel a live session, you get a full refund of any amount you paid for it.

No refund if: 14 days have passed since purchase, you have accessed any part of the course or ebook, you have completed it, or you simply change your mind after access — unless section 3 or 4 applies.

Email support@learnoraa.com within 14 days of purchase, from the email on your order, with your order number and the course or ebook name. We will reply and, if approved, refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of your request. For bank transfer orders, that means by bank transfer.

Access is given after your payment is received. For bank transfer orders, your order is processed once the payment has cleared in our account. You will then get access to the course, or a download link for the ebook.
